My company takes all our broken phones here and what great service and people. Most of our
phones are fixed in less then 30 min. Wow

I stepped on my high-end phone and ruined the touch screen. I heard about Xpress Cellular
Repair in Edmond from one of my friends who uses them for his company's business.
From my friend's assurance, I knew they could replace the screen. The service rep looked at
the phone and told me the two-piece slider phones would take longer to fix. I expected a
week or two to get it fixed. He almost apologetically told me it would take ABOUT AN HOUR.
I could have waited in the lobby for the repair, but I had other errands to run, so I returned in
an hour, still expecting to wait. The phone was ready in one hour like he said!
I'm a skeptical customer, and I knew such major damage would probably mean there would
be something not quite right with the phone from then on. I was very surprised to see the
phone functioned exactly as it did when new...no extra pops or squeaks or loose-fitting
pieces. Everything worked beautifully.
Today, I dropped by to see if they had a replacement back for the phone, since a tab broke
loose and it kept coming off. They didn't stock the part, but the service tech told me he could
still fix it. Once again, Mr. Skeptical thought I'd never be able to get the back off again. But
the service tech had it fixed in less than a minute, and didn't charge me for the help.
I think anyone who has had Xpress Cellular of Edmond work on their phone would agree they
do extremely fast repair with an unexpected quality. I am very pleased with their service and
have recommended them to my friends who have cellphone problems. I happen to live in
Edmond, but for those who worry about sending their favorite electronics away for repair
shouldn't worry about doing it with these folks. With their fast service, it will take longer to
ship it both ways than it will to fix it.

With today's throw-away mentality regarding electronics, it's good to see there are some folks
who see the value and take pride in repairing personal electronic products.

We have been really pleased with the service we've received from xpress cellular. They have
assisted us with cell phone issues (linking bluetooths, restoring data, etc). They are quick,
efficient, and very reasonable. They are a wonderful alternative to having to purchase a new
cell phone.

Xpress Celluar Repair has worked on two of our phones and in both instances I have been
very pleased with the service and the price. I recommend Xpress Celluar to all my friends for
their celluar repair needs. I give Xpress the highest rating in customer service.

It's so hard to find a good cell phone repair shop. I've had so many bad experiences in the
past with people who don't know what their doing and jack up the prices. I took my phone
here to repair a screen and it was awesome how cheap it was! My phone hasn't had a
problem since and is working just fine!
